Come join us for a season of weaving! In this 14-week class, students will learn the timeless art of weaving as they transform recycled fabric strips into functional and beautiful pieces, including their own handwoven rug and other useful treasures.

Rooted in Charlotte Mason philosophy, this class emphasizes rhythm, repetition, and meaningful work. Weaving offers a grounding, meditative process that supports focus, patience, and a deep sense of accomplishment.

At this age, students are ready to engage in longer-term projects that require consistency and care. This class provides the opportunity to build endurance, strengthen fine motor skills, and experience the satisfaction of creating something both practical and lasting.

Each week includes:

Opening circle time

Step-by-step weaving instruction

Work on individual weaving projects

Exploration of color, pattern, and texture

Time to share and celebrate their work

Supplies:
All materials are provided and included in the cost of the class.

Schedule:
Time: Wednesdays, 11:30am–12:30pm
Dates: Begins September 9th and runs through December 16th (full calendar to come)
Location: Grow Creative Studio inside the Historic Sacred Heart Building in East Hill

$25 deposit and $82 billed monthly September–December

Please note: Refunds are available up to one month before the start date. After that, only partial refunds can be offered due to materials being purchased. Enrollment is a commitment to the full session, and payments are expected even if a student withdraws.
