HOMESCHOOL MORNING CLASSES
Go deep into one subject through the work of the hands.
Our two-hour morning classes begin with a central craft or creative discipline and allow learning to grow naturally around it.
A woodworking class might lead into maritime history and marine biology. Fiber work might take us into sheep, natural dyes, homesteading, and the lives of early settlers. A puppet theatre can bring together music, storytelling, visual art, and performance.
Students have time to develop skills while discovering how one subject can open the door to another.
AFTERNOON SKILL CLASSES
Learn a skill. Keep practicing.
Our one-hour afternoon classes offer focused time to develop a particular creative skill.
Students might spend a semester learning pottery, crochet, hand sewing, paper craft, music, or another discipline—building confidence and ability through practice while completing thoughtful projects along the way.
Classes are welcoming to beginners, while returning students continue building on what they already know with new projects and techniques.

What ages do you serve?
We have classes for those as young at 3 all the way up to teenagers. Most of our classes are for somewhere in the middle.
Do students need prior experience in handwork?
No prior experience is needed. Beginners are always welcome.
Can you recommend a class for my child?
Yes! We would love to discuss your child and where they might choose to begin. We also are happy to help point you towards what's next after they finish a class.
Are classes drop-off?
Yes! All classes are drop off classes and take place in our studio inside the Historic Sacred Heart Building in East Hill. Some classes go outside on site.
Do you take PEP scholarship?
Grow Creative Studio LLC offers in-person courses and enrichment programs for homeschool and PEP scholarship students. Our semester-based programs provide hands-on learning through visual arts, traditional handwork, music, nature study, literature, and other creative disciplines.
Grow Creative is currently applying to participate as a Home Education Instructional Program (HEIP) provider through Step Up For Students. Families currently using PEP funds may contact us with questions about reimbursement documentation.

What inspires your approach?
Our classes are influenced by Charlotte Mason and Waldorf education philosophies, emphasizing creativity, beauty, nature, and whole-child learning.

Class listings and registration links can be found at the top of this page. Because class sizes are intentionally small, many offerings fill quickly.
Are you a homeschool co-op?
No, we are not a full homeschool program. We provide handwork and art classes and also longer homeschool learning days that include enrichment subjects.
