Come join us for a season of exploring the art of Paper Craft! In this 14-week class, students will be introduced to paper skills including cutting, folding, paper sloyd, papier-mâché, and basic paper making through guided, step-by-step instruction that builds confidence and craftsmanship over time. *If your child has participated in Paper Craft before, do not fret, there will be new projects in this class!

This Charlotte Mason inspired class emphasizes patience, precision, and the development of practical handwork skills. Working with paper supports focus, fine motor coordination, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of transforming simple materials into beautiful and useful creations. We also tend to get our hands messy and experience our tools through all the senses!

At this age, students are ready to follow sequential steps and work through longer projects that require care and attention to detail. This class provides a structured, supportive environment where they will learn foundational techniques and experience the joy of making by hand.

Each class includes:

Opening circle time

Step-by-step paper craft instruction

Skill-building in cutting, folding, and construction techniques

Hands-on projects including paper sloyd, papier-mâché, and paper making

Time to share and celebrate their work

Supplies:
All materials are provided and included in the cost of the class.

Schedule:
Time: Wednesdays from 3:30–4:30pm
Dates: Begins September 9th and ends on December 16th (full calendar to come)
Location: Grow Creative Studio inside the Historic Sacred Heart Building in East Hill
